THANKSGIVING ORDERING NOW OPEN THROUGH NOVEMBER 17 (12PM PST)

SPECIAL HOLIDAY HOURS

November 24th-November 26th: 8AM-4PM

November 27 & 28: CLOSED

Saturday, November 29: 8AM-8PM

Sunday, November 30: 8AM-2PM

ORDER CHANGES POLICY - We require 48-hour notice for order requests to change your pick-up date. Please email shop@newcascadiatraditional.com. If we can accommodate, you will receive an e-mail response with confirmation. 

OUR REFUND POLICY - We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an advanced order. Orders canceled with 48 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. Orders canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded.

PICK UP NOVEMBER 17- NOVEMBER 26 - Please arrive prepared to wait in potentially long lines during the holiday week (especially if you arrive in the morning) as our staff work as quickly and efficiently as possible to fulfill your orders. Thank you for your kindness. 

Psssst! If you love stuffing on Thanksgiving, but missed out on our stuffing mix, here's a link to our STUFFING MIX RECIPE. Our bread loaves can easily be used to make delicious stuffing. We suggest our Rustic Italian and our Holla-Day loaves particularly, although they all work great. Day-old loaves are even better! Dry it out in the oven, add your preferred seasonings, and you're good to go.
