The taste of cinnamon and apples comes together beautifully in this vegan version of our Apple Streusel Pie. Topped with a sweet and crunchy streusel and a vanilla glaze, this pie is sure to become a favorite.
INGREDIENTS: Crust- Brown rice flour, tapioca starch, cane sugar, salt, xanthan gum, palm oil shortening (organic palm oil, nitrogen), Earth Balance Soy Free shortening (canola oil, palm oil, water, salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, olive oil, lactic acid, anatto extract), water. Filling- Granny Smith apples, granulated cane sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch. Streusel Topping- Flour mix (white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch), gluten free oats, brown sugar (cane sugar, molasses), Earth Balance Soy Free shortening (canola oil, palm oil, water, salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, olive oil, lactic acid, anatto extract), cinnamon. Glaze- Powdered sugar (sugar, tapioca flour), real vanilla extract (water, cane alcohol, cane sugar, vanilla bean extractives), rice milk (water, organic hydrolyzed rice, organic canola oil or sunflower oil, tricalcium phosphate, organic vanilla extract, sea salt, xanthan gum, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d2, vitamin b12).
