Buttery shortbread is embedded with dried cranberries then drizzled with chocolate and a sprinkling of crushed pistachios.

INGREDIENTS:  Shortbread: flour blend (white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, brown rice flour) butter(milk), brown sugar, imitation vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), salt, xanthan gum and dried cranberries (sugar, cranberries)
Chocolate glaze: organic chocolate chips and coconut oil
