Holiday pre-orders can be placed ONLINE only from Wednesday, December 4 through Monday, December 16th by 12pm PST.

Pre-orders can be scheduled for pick-up on the date you choose (please make note of the date!), between December 17th through December 24th.

Pick up pre-orders in our retail bakery at 2502 SE Division Street, during business hours. 

SPECIAL HOLIDAY WEEK STORE HOURS:

Sunday, December 22nd 8am-3pm
Monday, December 23rd 8am-3pm
Tuesday, December 24th 8am-3pm (all holiday orders must be picked up by 3pm today-we will not hold orders after this date.)
Christmas Day CLOSED
December 26th CLOSED
New Years Day CLOSED

Any items not listed below are offered for same day sales only; first come, first served. 

PLEASE NOTE DECEMBER 22ND THROUGH DECEMBER 24TH:
As these are high volume days for walk-in customers, we will likely not be able to answer phones or take phone orders. We encourage you to arrive early for best selection. 

All items will be offered to-go only. We utilize our lobby space to stage our pre-orders and need extra room, thank you!

Order Changes Policy:
We require 7 days notice for requests to change your pick-up date. Please e-mail shop@newcascadiatraditional.com, and if we can accommodate you will receive an e-mail response with confirmation. 

REFUND POLICY: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an advanced order. All orders canceled with 24 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. All orders canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded.
