December 25 & 26: CLOSED

Saturday, December 27: 8AM-2PM (no pizza night)

ORDER CHANGES POLICY - We require 48-hour notice for order requests to change your pick-up date. Please email shop@newcascadiatraditional.com. If we can accommodate, you will receive an e-mail response with confirmation. 

OUR REFUND POLICY - We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an advanced order. Orders canceled with 48 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. Orders canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded.

PICK UP DECEMBER 6 – DECEMBER 24 - Please arrive prepared to wait in potentially long lines during the holiday week (especially if you arrive in the morning) as our staff work as quickly and efficiently as possible to fulfill your orders. Thank you for your kindness. 

Psssst! If you love stuffing during the holidays, but missed out on our stuffing mix, here's a link to our STUFFING MIX RECIPE. Our bread loaves can easily be used to make delicious stuffing. We suggest our Rustic Italian and our Holla-Day loaves particularly, although they all work great. Day-old loaves are even better! Dry it out in the oven, add your preferred seasonings, and you're good to go.
