Our Farmhouse Sandwich Bread has become the bread of choice with our customers. We sell more of this bread than any other. And for good reason: it's incredible! It has an open, tender crumb and airy texture that belies the fact that it is made with mostly whole grains. The natural leavening emphasizes the inherent flavor of each grain and gives it a subtle, overall tang that makes garlic butter or even a peanut butter and jelly sandwich sing.

INGREDIENTS: Water, natural starter (millet flour, water), whole grain flours (brown rice, millet), tapioca flour, xanthan gum, sea salt, white rice flour, cultured dextrose, enzymes.
