PRE-ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED. All items are first come first served Sunday, 11/17-Wednesday, 11/27.
We will have holiday rolls, pies, and take & bake items offered first come first served Monday, 11/25-Wednesday, 11/27.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY HOURS November 25th-November 27th:
Monday-Wednesday 8am-4pm.
Closed Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Saturday, November 30, 8am-8pm.
Sunday, December 1, 8am-2pm.

Order Changes Policy:
We require 48-hour notice for order requests to change your pick-up date. Please e-mail shop@newcascadiatraditional.com, and if we can accommodate you will receive an e-mail response with confirmation.
Our Refund Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an advanced order. Orders canceled with 24 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. Orders canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded.
Please arrive prepared to wait in potentially long lines during the holiday week (especially if you arrive in the morning) as our staff work as quickly and efficiently as possible to fulfill your orders. Thank you for your kindness.
Psssst! If you love stuffing on Thanksgiving, but missed out on our stuffing mix, here's a link to our STUFFING MIX RECIPE. Our bread loaves can easily be used to make delicious stuffing. We suggest our Rustic Italian and our Holla-Day loaves particularly, although they all work great. Day-old loaves are even better! Dry it out in the oven, add your preferred seasonings, and you're good to go.
