Nobody will ever know that this “buttery” sugar cookie dough is vegan. It is so versatile and can be used as a sweet pie crust or as the base for any add-ins you desire, but is best known as the dough for rolling and cutting into holiday shapes. Decorated or not, it is the quintessential cookie of the season.
