ALL HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE NOW OFFERED FIRST COME FIRST SERVED ONLY FOR THE REST OF DECEMBER.

Holiday pre-orders can be placed online only Monday, November 27th through Sunday, December 17th by 12pm PST (it’s a short window, so make sure to order before it’s too late!)

Pre-orders can be scheduled for pick-up on the calendar date you choose, between Friday, December 15th through Sunday, December 24th.

All pre-order pick-ups can be retrieved in our retail bakery at 2502 SE Division Street, during standard operating hours and days. Please note any holiday hour/day changes below.

HOLIDAY WEEK STORE HOURS:

Friday December 22nd 8am-3pm, 4pm-8pm
Saturday December 23rd 8am-3pm
Sunday December 24th 8am-3pm (all holiday orders must be picked up by 3pm today)
Christmas Day CLOSED
Tuesday, December 26th CLOSED
Monday, New Years Day CLOSED

Any pastry items, breads, and take & bake items not listed below are offered for same day sales only, first come first served. To place a same day order, please visit our bakery as a walk-in customer or call ahead at 503-546-4901 (pre payment is required). We do not accept same day online orders. 

PLEASE NOTE DECEMBER 22ND THROUGH DECEMBER 24TH:
It is highly unlikely we will accept phone call orders, as these are high volume days for walk-in customers. We encourage you to arrive early for best selection. We are a dedicated gluten-free team, but a small staff, so it is likely we will sell out of items throughout the day.

In addition, these three days we will not offer dine-in seating and outdoor seating, and all items will be offered to-go only. We utilize our lobby space to stage our pre-orders and need extra room, thank you!

Order Changes Policy:
We require 48 hour notice for order requests to change your pick-up date. Please e-mail shop@newcascadiatraditional.com, and if we can accommodate you will receive an e-mail response with confirmation. 

REFUND POLICY: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an advanced order. All orders canceled with 24 hours (or more) notice will receive a full refund. All orders canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded.
