Our spin on a classic Italian pastry. Features a ricotta filling, chocolate glaze, and a pistachio topping.

INGREDIENTS: Dough- Egg, butter, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, whole milk (milk, vitamin D3), sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, enzymes.
