Before placing your Holiday order, please review our Holiday FAQ's:
We will be at 1700 SE 6th Avenue until December 24th. We will close at 3pm PST and reopen in our NEW LOCATION in January 2020.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any order canceled with 24 hours' (or more) notice will receive a full refund. Any order canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund. If an order is not picked up and notice of cancellation is not given, the purchase price will not be refunded.
We understand that our phone lines can be very busy during holiday season. If we are unable to answer, please leave a message with your full name, date of order pick up, and phone number stating your cancellation request, or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org)
How do I place my order?
Place your holiday orders via phone, in person, or on our website. We require a minimum three-day notice for ALL orders, no exceptions. Full payment is required to secure your order. If you are unable to place your order within our three-day notice, note that our products will be available on a first come first served basis (so come early!). The last day to place your holiday order is December 21st by 12PM PST.
What dates can I pick up my holiday order?
Orders are available to pick up December 4th-December 24th (by 3PM on 12/24). *Exception* Our Dinner Rolls, Soft Rolls, & Stuffing Mix are available to pick up December 9th-December 24th.
All Holiday orders must be picked up by 3PM PST on December 24th! This is our last day at our current location!
What time can I pick up my Holiday order?
Anytime during our business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00, Saturday 8-4, Sunday 9-2). All holiday orders must be picked up by 3PM on December 24th. If you wish to come earlier or later on the date of your scheduled pick up, no need to call us. We will have it here ready for you. If you wish to adjust the date of your pick up order, please call our bakery at 503-546-4901 with 24 hours' notice and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Where do I pick up my holiday order?
In our retail bakery at 1700 SE 6th Avenue, at the corner of SE 6th Avenue and SE Market Street. We are closing this location at 3:00PM December 24th and reopening at our NEW LOCATION in January 2020.
Do you offer shipping for your holiday products?
This season, for a very limited time, you can ship our soft rolls, dinner rolls, & stuffing mix to your family and friends! The deadline to place your holiday mail order is December 16th at 12PM PST. TAKE ME TO YOUR HOLIDAY SHIPPING
How do I reheat my rolls?
We recommend reheating your rolls prior to serving. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees until heated through, about 10-15 minutes. Once removed from oven, place in a bowl and cover with a clean towel to keep warm until served.
Can I find your holiday menu items at local grocery stores?
Yes! Our rolls can be found at New Seasons, Whole Foods, Food Front, Lifesource, and Market of Choice locations that we deliver to. Deliveries begin December 9th-December 24th. Our pies, holiday cookies, & sticky buns are available exclusively in our retail bakery for pick up; make a special trip to see us!
Are your standard pastry and bread items available to order with my holiday order?
I am purchasing my pie early; how do I preserve it?
No problem! Our pies can last up to three days in the refrigerator and five days in the freezer. Fully wrap your pie with plastic wrap, making sure the plastic is touching pie filling surface. Remove from freezer one full day before serving and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Keep it on the counter one hour prior to serving to bring to room temperature. *Please note, for the month of December, our pies are exclusively sold in our 9-inch aluminum tins to accommodate our very limited storage space. How do I reheat my pie?
We only recommend reheating our apple streusel pie. Place a refrigerated or completely thawed pie (thaw in the refrigerator overnight if frozen) in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about ten minutes.
I am purchasing my sticky bun pack early; how do I preserve it?
Our Take-N-Bake frozen sticky buns are good up to one month in the freezer, or two days in the refrigerator. Our "Pre-Baked" sticky bun packs are good for up to three days in the refrigerator. Please verify if you want our frozen Take-N-Bake version or our Pre-Baked version when placing your order.
How Do I Bake my Frozen Take-N-Bake Sticky Buns?
Keep frozen until one night prior to baking. Transfer package from freezer to refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sticky bun pack on top of oven under a towel to proof (until dough is no longer cold to touch). Remove caramel and nut packs. Put roll pack on baking pan. Bake until golden brown, about twenty minutes. Top with caramel and extra nuts.

It's my first time visiting your bakery during Holiday week. What can I expect?
We will bake pastries & pies all day long, but it is possible for us to sell out of certain items. We strongly encourage you to come visit us early or place an order in advance (remember, we require three days minimum notice).
**December 24th is our final day at 1700 SE 6th Avenue. We would love to see you! Let's celebrate and close this very fond chapter of our baking lives together, and embrace the new one.
