Vanilla Blackberry Doughnut BombNew Cascadia Traditional
A simple but delicious vanilla glaze doughnut with a blackberry filling. Best enjoyed within the first day, but still yummy on the second day, too!
INGREDIENTS: DOUGH- Egg, butter, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, whole milk (milk, vitamin D3), sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, enzymes. FILLING- coconut milk (water, coconut cream (coconut milk, water, xanthan gum), cane sugar, contains less than 1% of: carrageenan, gellan gum, natural flavor, sea salt, sodium citrate, tripotassium citrate), sugar, blackberry puree (blackberries, cane sugar, fruit pectin, ascorbic acid), non-GMO cornstarch. GLAZE- powdered sugar( sugar, tapioca starch), whole milk(milk vitamin D3), vanilla bean paste(sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla beans, gum tragacanth)
