This doughnut uses our vegan brioche dough with added orange zest and topped with passionfruit and guava glaze. It's a POG doughnut! (Please note-our plant based doughnuts are fried in a shared fryer as our standard doughnuts that contain butter, milk, & eggs).
INGREDIENTS: Dough-Brown rice flour, rice milk (water, rice, organic expeller pressed canola oil and/or organic safflower oil, and/or organic sunflower oil, organic tapioca starch, tricalcium phosphate, organic flavor, sea salt, xanthan gum, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, vitamin B12), butter substitute (palm fruit oil, canola oil, olive oil, salt, water, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), water, tapioca flour, egg replacer(potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda, psyllium husk fiber), orange zest, sugar, yeast, sea salt, xanthan gum.
