Pecans are suspended in a decadent caramel custard that sits atop our flaky pie crust. The filling is infused with just the right amount of Maker’s Mark small-batch bourbon for a smoky, sophisticated finish.
INGREDIENTS: Filling- Liquid glucose, pecans, brown sugar, butter, egg, bourbon, artificial vanilla extract (water, alcohol, vanillin, other artificial flavorings, citric acid), salt. Dough- Butter, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, water, millet flour, sugar, xanthan gum, salt.
