There's good reason the combination of baked apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar is so revered. Because it's delicious! We make apple pie several different ways throughout the year. In this version, we top it with a classic streusel of oats, sugar and butter. Serve it warmed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate comfort dessert.

INGREDIENTS: Filling- Granny Smith apple, sugar, cornstarch, ground cinnamon.  Streusel- Flour blend (sorghum flour, tapioca flour, brown rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch), soy free Earth Balance (palm fruit oil, canola oil, olive oil, salt, water, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon. Dough- Butter, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, water, millet flour, sugar, xanthan gum, salt.
