In this version, we top it with a classic streusel of oats, sugar and vegan butter. Serve it warmed with a scoop of non-dairy vanilla ice cream for the ultimate vegan comfort dessert.
INGREDIENTS: Filling- Granny Smith apple, sugar, cornstarch, ground cinnamon. Streusel- Flour blend (sorghum flour, tapioca flour, brown rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch), soy free Earth Balance (palm fruit oil, canola oil, olive oil, salt, water, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto extract), rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon.
