It is no wonder that pumpkin pie is synonymous with the holiday season. The fruit is perfectly ripe and ready for baking just as the holidays approach. Our pumpkin custard blankets our delicate crust and sets up perfectly to be dressed in a dollop of coconut whipped cream or non-dairy vanilla ice cream. Our 9" pie serves 6-8.
INGREDIENTS: Filling-pumpkin puree, rice milk (water, rice, organic expeller pressed canola oil and/or organic safflower oil, and/or organic sunflower oil, organic tapioca starch, tricalcium phosphate, organic flavor, sea salt, xanthan gum, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D2, vitamin B12), brown sugar(sugar, molasses), maple syrup, non GMO-cornstarch, safflower oil, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove.
